Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original GORAL box, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear shows no signs of outdoor wear.

  Ship Your Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
